Okay, let me spill the beans on my not-so-glamorous journey. We all have a journey, I share mine in the hopes it will help you. I was your typical middle-aged woman and then enter peri-menopause, and suddenly, my body was like, 'What's happening here?'

I'd bought into the idea that I should be able to do it all – work, grad school, family, house, yard, you name it. Sounds familiar?

But here's the kicker– I forgot about me. The pounds snuck on, energy checked out, and good rest? Ha! Rare. And let's be real, there probably days when my attitude needed a serious makeover too.

Once I got fed up with feeling lousy, I tried a ton of stuff, and wasted a lot of money on things that didn't work – you know the drill.

Then, I jumped into an online wellness community, and started using programs that helped me crack the code on sticking with habits that actually work.

My weight dropped, my sleep is improved, and I felt like myself again! The true blessing is that the changes haven't been temporary, and the repeated routines became my lifestyle.
